Health & Community Care

The aged care workforce is rapidly growing with an estimated 350,000 employees in 2012, and expected to grow to over 800,000 employees by 2050. An average annual growth rate of 2.5% over the next 40 years (Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing (King, Mavromaras, et al., 2013).

In order to help aged care service providers meet the growing workforce demand, Acacia Education and Training  provide a number of professional development courses to upskill existing employees and train new individual support workers.
